Union and Park is founded by Natalie Stedman and Tiffany Tom, in Portland, Oregon - 2018. The company moved to San Diego, CA in 2020 and has now expanded to include Union and Park \ Outdoor. Natalie and her husband, Trevor are building a company in San Diego that is ready to help you with both Interior + Landscape projects. We believe in preserving heritage and legacy while creating a new backdrop for the stories that unfold in life. We weave together the things that are handed down to us with the new collections that define our own unique styles. The look that we create for our clients is inspired by their own unique story and style.
NATALIE STEDMAN
Owner / Principal Interior Designer
At age nine Natalie started reading Interior Design textbooks and there was an instant connection. She attended FIDM San Francisco and has a degree in Interior Design. Natalie has worked in residential design and styled interiors in both California and Oregon. She and her husband live in Encinitas, CA with their three boys. All three of her sons skateboard, surf and road trips are a Stedman family favorite. Stopping at every single antique shop and skatepark along the way are a must. Big family dinners, faith and gathering with neighbors, family and friends play a huge part in who she is.
TREVOR STEDMAN
Owner / Principal Landscape Designer
Trevor is a skilled landscape designer and is heading up our new expansion, Union and Park \ Outdoor. With a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces, he brings creativity and expertise to every project. He has over 15 years of experience in the Landscape Design-Build industry with expertise in hard scapes, pool designs and plant knowledge / layout. He and Natalie just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and when he’s not meeting with clients or on the job site with our crews, he enjoys being with family, playing his guitar, a quick pick up basketball game (go Portland Trail Blazers) and surfing with their 3 boys, Isaiah, Zach and Wyatt.

Tiffany is an Oregon native, and proud of it. After spending time away during college and getting married, she decided to return to home with her husband to finish up a degree in Communications at Portland State. A mother of three boys and a Labradoodle, her second home is on the sidelines of a soccer pitch or in bleachers cheering for her boys. Tiffany took up design later in life after years of practice around her own and friends homes. Apart from her children, coffee, Manchester United, Thai food, and a motivating desire to see each National Park (with her family) are her favorite things and happy places. For Tiffany and her house; faith, family and community are what matter most.
